A picture speaks a thousand words. We’ll take photos, videos and thermal images throughout the inspection to help provide details, context and understanding of what we’re seeing.
Acuity Home Inspections brings the best knowledge and education to every inspection. We stay up to date with the latest tools and technologies in the inspection industry. All of our inspections include thermal imaging that can identify and document moisture intrusion, energy loss, and even unexpected hot spots.
We promptly respond so all parties (client, agents, inspector) are on the same page.
The home buying process can be stressful enough, doing business with Acuity will be a seamless, simple process!

Radon Measurement Specialist – State of Nebraska #525
It’s not just a name, it’s how we roll.
When we inspect the potential home of your dreams, you can trust that we’re applying the decades of experience we’ve gained in the construction field, combined with skills and knowledge as an industry-leading InterNACHI Certified Professional Inspector, to give you the peace of mind that you’re looking for.
Whether you are buying, selling, or maintaining your home, Acuity Home Inspections provides professional and quality service from the moment you call us. Our certified home inspectors will walk through your home with you and teach you as much as you want to learn. We strictly follow the Standards of Practice for home inspectors established by InterNACHI, the leading home inspection association.
After we walk through the home together, we will explain the general condition of the home and systems with you and your agent. We will talk through any major issues that need to be addressed sooner rather than later. We will also mention the items that you will want to keep an eye on for deferred maintenance. All of this will be detailed in our easy-to-read Spectora report, which will be delivered in HTML and/or PDF format. From that report, you will be able to see the items we discussed, with images for reference.
