Pre-Listing Inspection
Ready to sell your home? Acuity in Omaha can help make it appealing to buyers with a pre-listing inspection.
Benefits of a Pre-Listing Inspection
Ready to sell your home? Acuity Home Inspections can help make your home
appealing to buyers by doing a pre-listing inspection A pre-listing inspection can help identify defects and other issues that a buyer’s inspection would reveal. If issues are found, you’ll have time to decide whether, how, and when to have them addressed, giving you more control over the timing and cost of the repairs. Acuity will even (for no extra fee) re-inspect and adjust our inspection report to reflect the repaired, “current state” status of your home so you can present the updated report to potential buyers.
Prepare your home, justify your asking price, and avoid delays by having a pre-listing inspection performed on your home prior to listing.
***Ask about Acuity’s “Pre-Listing Inspection Fee Reimbursement” program which could enable the cost of your inspection to be reduced or completely reimbursed at closing!***
