11TH MONTH WARRANTY INSPECTION
Are you building or have recently moved into a newly built home? Most builders offer a one-year warranty on their homes. To minimize the risk of any costly repairs that occur after this date and to keep your builder and subcontractors accountable, Acuity offers an 11th Month Warranty Inspection. This inspection occurs before your warranty expires so any major issues can be addressed while they are still covered.
